Pinecrest School is now making plans for our 2008 Summer Camp programs. Enclosed you will find enrollment forms. Please read them for information and rates. Choose your program carefully. NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY DAYS MISSED. We have established a few rules to make our camp run smoothly. Please read through them carefully.
Camp Office: Please use camp office for trip slips, purchasing “T” shirts and camp related questions.

Dress Code: Children may wear modest shorts, T-shirts, sun dresses, etc. The only restriction concerns open-toed shoes. They may not be worn because they are dangerous on playground surfaces.
Swimming: All children in Grades K-6 will swim every day. Please have your child bring a swimsuit and towel marked with his/her name every day.
Lunches: Lunches are available on a cash only basis for $5.00 daily. For those campers attending the full summer, lunches may be purchased for the entire season for $190.00. Those on field trips will have lunches provided. Snacks will be provided at 3:15 p.m.
Activity Groups: All campers will be grouped according to the grades they will complete in June. This includes both activities and field trips.
Camp Hours: Our campus is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Camp activities last from 9:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. The children are supervised on the playground before and after these hours. THERE IS A CHARGE OF ONE DOLLAR PER MINUTE FOR THOSE CHILDREN PICKED UP AFTER 6:30 P.M.
Field Trips: Parents must pick up a trip packet in the Camp Office. Packets will be availablein the camp office. These slips must be signed by you and returned to the Camp Office. All children going on field trips must be at camp no later than 30 minutes prior to time of departure, as per trip slip. We must know how many children will be going, and we cannot hold up departure for late arrivals. Late charges for trips arriving after 6:30 p.m. will begin 10 minutes after the bus returns. (Field Trips are optional and there may be an additional charge.)
T-shirts: Pinecrest T-shirts are required for all children going on field trips and one will be provided by Pinecrest Summer Camp free of charge. If it is lost a new one must be purchased at a cost of $15.00 and will be available in the camp office.
Personal Possessions: Pinecrest Summer Camp cannot be responsible for personal possessions brought by your child. No expensive games, toys, or radios are allowed at camp
