The school recognizes that a person's appearance is indicative of their positive self-image. Pinecrest Elementary has mandatory Pinecrest attire which consists of the following:
A Pinecrest collared shirt (purchased through the school office) with solid color shorts, pants or skirts.
Closed toed shoes with socks or leggings.
If sweatshirts are worn during cold weather, they must be Pinecrest sweatshirts only.

All clothing will be of appropriate size. No exceptions will be made. Belts are optional. If a student is out of dress code, the parents will be called to bring appropriate clothing. Open toed shoes and sandals are NOT allowed for safety reasons.

Students attending school must be clean and clothing must be clean and neat. Ragged, soiled, ill-fitting attire is unacceptable. Hair must be one color.

Free dress will occur throughout the school year. Exceptions to the dress code will be discussed for each particular Free Dress Day.

A student in violation of the dress code will not be able to attend class until properly attired.
