Apatosaurus

I chose this dinosaur because it was a harmless giant.
Time when this dinosaur lived on Earth: The late Jurassic Period, about 146-157 million years ago.
Size of dinosaur: Height: 30 feet, length: 75 feet, weight: 6,600 pounds.
How it looks: The Apatosaurus had a very long neck and also had very big feet. It had a long skull and a very tiny brain.
What dinosaur eats: Plants. The Apatosaurus was an herbivore.
How dinosaur moves and speed: The Apatosaurus moved very slowly on four legs.
Other interesting facts about my dinosaur: The Apatosaurus swallowed leaves and other vegetation whole without chewing them, and had gastroliths (stomach stones) in its stomach to help digest this tough plant material.
