The Pinecrest toddlers were amazed to see the all the animals brought to school by the Pegasus Petting Zoo. There were pigs, goats, chickens, ducks, bunnies and even a calf. The children got to go in a pen with the animals and pet them. They learned that they needed to be gentle with the animals so they wouldn't hurt them. The calf was new to the petting zoo and had to be given water using a baster, because he wouldn't drink by himself.
