 The
computer lab has access to the Internet on all of the computers.
Filtering software has been installed on each computer to block
inappropriate materials. The software being used is ChildLock.
If you would like to see how it works, arrange an appointment with
our computer teacher, Miss Scott.
Several classes will be participating
in projects this year that involve Internet use. Students will
need to have a signed Internet
Use Form on file in order to use the Internet for these projects.
Students who do not have a form on file
will be provided with alternate methods of doing these projects. If
you would like your child to be able to use the Internet, and they
have not yet submitted an Internet Use Form, please pick one up in the office or in the Computer Lab.
The Internet may not be used at school
for surfing, play or non-school related activities. |
