QUESTION - Which of the five plastics will be the most environmentally friendly and the most recyclable?

RESEARCH - PLA is a bioplastic and is a non petroleum plastic and is made with corn or sugar cane.

HYPOTHESIS - Polylactic Acid will be the most environmentally friendly and the most recyclable.

EXPERIMENT - I put each plastic in boiling water at 200 - 210 degrees Fahrenheit to see if they changed due to heat exposure.

ANALYSIS - Each plastic changed or remained the same in shape, smell, color or stability.

DISCOVERY - My hypothesis was 50% right and wrong. PLA was the most environmentally friendly and PETE is the most recyclable.
