Question: My question is does your heart rate increase more with aerobic or anaerobic?
Research: I learned that aerobic exercise are exercises where your body uses air, that anaerobic exercises are exercises where your body uses oxygen more than it can replace it. Also that target heart rate zone is the range of the heart rate and is reached during aerobic exercise, and maximum heart rate is the highest number of times your heart can beat in a minute.
Hypothesis: My hypothesis is that your heart rate increases more with
aerobic exercise.
Experiment: The steps of my experiment were to first choose an activity and take your resting heart rate. Next you had to do your activity for ten minutes. Finally you had to take your heart rate after the activity.
Anaylsis: While doing my experiment I observed that my heart rate greatly increased when I did aerobic exercise.
Discovery: In this experiment I learned that my hypothesis was correct!! Your heart rate does increase more with aerobic exercise.
