and extracurricular programs to enrich your child's education.

Art Classes: Basic and advanced art technique classes are available after school, taught by Miss Rubi. Please see the Art flyer in your First Day Folder for times and prices.
Drama
Club: Drama Club classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:15-4:00. Drama club is an exciting after-school program, and we welcome all students! Please see the Drama flyer in your First Day Folder prices.
After School Music: Private sessions are available from our Music Teacher, Mr. Benedict in piano and wind. Classes are once or twice a week depending on level, and are typically scheduled from 3:00 – 4:30, Monday through Friday. Please contact Mr. Benedict about lessons, dates, times and prices.
Band: Playing an instrument in Band is rewarding and fun! It also involves a commitment to attend all rehearsals, to be prepared, and practice your instrument 10-15 minutes each day. Band meets BEFORE school 2-3 times a week depending on your grade. Let’s all pick up an instrument and PLAY!
Cooking: A new and exciting after-school class for Kindergarten through 4th Grade. Ms. Bordeleau will be creating fun and healthy culinary treats with your help, so get ready to follow some recipes! Please see the Cooking flyer in your First Day Folder for times and prices.
Tae
Kwon Do: Available for Preschool – 8th Grade. Classes are grouped according to their level of ability and meet for 1 hour each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please contact Adam and Garrett regarding cost, you may reach them at (818) 968-4320/4322.
Dance
Class: Available for Pre-School – 8th Grade. Dance Classes are divided by age typically meet once a week. All dancers will participate in a major production held at the end of the school session. Please pick up a Dance flyer in the office for times and prices.
Scouting: Scouts do all kinds of activities! In scouting, children discover the fun,
friendship and power of working together. Through many enriching experiences, they grow courageous and strong. See the office for more information on our local Daisies, Brownies, Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts.
Sports: After
school competitive sports is available to students in grade 4
and up. Pinecrest belongs to the San Fernando Valley Private School
