THESEUS AND THE MINOTAUR
a 6th grade Greek musical |
June 20, 2008 - It was like being in an outdoor Greek theater as the audience watched the Pinecrest 6th graders perform "Theseus & the Minotaur."
Theseus longs to be a hero and in this play he gets the chance to prove himself by saving Athens from the Minotaur who enjoys devouring the residents. With charming songs that told the story, sung by outstanding soloists, "Theseus & the Minotaur" was delightful experience for both the cast and audience. The play was performed twice, once for the 3rd through 5th graders and again at 6th grade graduation. Thank you to Mrs. Borgioli for working with the students to produce the play. |
