Reading Rangers is a transitional incentive program designed to recognize 1st and 2nd grade students who develop the reading habit.

Reading Ranger Requirements:  Five hundred pages of leisure reading per quarter are required for quarterly honors. Reading Ranger Cumulative Incentives: 500 pages - Bookmark & Frozen Treat Cert. 1000 pages - Above + Homework Pass 1500 pages - All of the Above + Free Dress Pass 2000 pages - All of the Above + Patch 2500 pages - All of the Above + Mechanical Pen 3000 pages - All of the Above + Golf –n- Stuff Cert. 3500 pages - All of the Above + Dog Tag Necklace 4000 pages - All of the Above + Pin 4500 pages - All of the Above + Medal

At the end of the year all students who participated in the Reading Ranger Program with a minimum of 500 pages read will receive a $5 Borders Gift Card to get a head start on their summer reading to prepare for the fall.

Complete the Reading Ranger Form including a parent signature and return to your teacher.  Your teacher will add pinecones to the pine trees in your Reading Ranger Forest.
