In this Language Arts and Social Studies project each student chose a famous person to read about and then dressed up in character and presented their biography to their class.
Students learned about Elizabeth Coleman, who wanted more than anything to become a pilot. They also found out that Hank Aaaron played with homemade baseballs when he was a child.
These and many more fascinating facts were discovered in the oral presentations given by the students, helping them discover what made these people great. |
