Field Trips & Off Campus Activities: Occassionally during the year, class field trips to points of interest are conducted. In all instances where students leave campus under the supervision of Pinecrest Schools, a signed Parent's Consent Form (Trip Slip) is required for each child in order to release them from school.

These Trip Slips are distributed a few days prior to the activity, and must be returned to school before the child may leave the campus. Details of each trip are given on the Trip Slip. If there are any additional questions, simply phone the office.

In the event of your having a Trip Slip misplaced, we have provided a blank form for you to complete and send to school. You can call the school to get the information needed to complete the form Trip Slip. It is provided in Adobe PDF format.
