Dates/Hours/Times: Summer Camp begins June 30th (Monday) and continues through August 28th (Thursday). Campus is closed August 29th. Organized activities are scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily. The campus is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily at no additional cost. Campers arriving after 9:00 a.m. or leaving before 3:30 p.m. must be signed in/out in the main office. As we close at 6:00 p.m., there is a charge of $2.50 per minute for children picked up after 6:00 p.m. Campus Closed on July 4th!
How to Enroll: To guarantee placement, complete the camp enrollment form and submit with your fees . Non-Pinecrest students must submit a copy of their immunization record. Camp tuition is $155.00 for 3 Day Rate (1-3 Days), $205.00 per week (4 or 5 Days) or $ 1805.00 for the entire summer. Accounts must be kept current at all times. Registration fee for Pinecrest students is $45.00, registration for Non Pinecrest students is $110.00. First payment is due June 30st, second payment is due August 1st for all campers.
Campers Wear: Comfortable, modest summer play clothes, and tennis shoes are required. Caps or hats with visors are permitted. No open-toed or high heeled shoes allowed. Pinecrest shirts must be worn on field trips. No exceptions. Children arriving for a field trip without their camp shirt will be provided one if possible. Your account will be charged $12.50 to provide an additional shirt; however, if none are available, the child will not be allowed to go. This is a safety issue.
Campers Bring: Swimsuit, towel and sunscreen. (Sunscreen permission slip to follow) Morning snack and drink, if desired. Afternoon snack is served at 4:00. All clothing items should be clearly marked with first and last name. Pinecrest is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Camp Rules: Pinecrest campers are expected to be courteous, well behaved and respectful of property and rights of other campers and camp staff. Repeated misbehavior may result in expulsion from camp or banning from field trips. Your signature on the enrollment form indicates your understanding and agreement with these rules. NO portable electronic games allowed! CD players and IPOD allowed at owner’s risk. NO cell phones allowed.

If your child does not eat the entrée listed on our published menu, please provide a substitution.
If lunch is not purchased, you must send your child with a sack lunch.
Field Trips: All field trips are optional and require a signed parent consent form plus payment in full. Trip slips will be available the first day of camp and thereafter in the main office. Trip slips are processed on a first come, first served basis. Permission slips are due in the camp office no later than 2 days prior to the trip, to ensure adequate staffing . NO EXCEPTIONS. Some trips are non refundable.
Travel Camp: August 25th - August 28th is TRAVEL CAMP, and available to full summer campers only (5 days per week for 9 weeks). Field trips during this week are mandatory due to the fact that we will be setting up our classrooms for fall. FULL SUMMER CAMPERS MUST TURN IN TRIP SLIPS FOR TRAVEL CAMP IN ORDER TO BE INCLUDED. Space is limited. Travel Camp trip slips must be submitted and paid for no later than Friday, August 15th. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of spot in Travel Camp, which will then be made available to 3 Day and Weekly campers on a first come, first served basis. No refunds will be issued for Travel Camp.
