Instructor: Mr. Holmes & Mrs. Miranda
Children
naturally love music. At the earliest level we use that enthusiasm
and build a repertoire of "fun kid music," focusing
on listening and response to music. Gradually, students learn more
sophisticated forms of music. Music is a very enjoyable and expressive
component of Pinecrest's curriculum
for a well-rounded student.
In addition to regular music classes during the school day, students
have the opportunity to join the school
bands and choral groups that practice after school and during recess.
