Bottle Xylophone
by Jennessy M.
Kindergarten, Room 3 - 2nd Place

Question: Can you make music with glass bottles and water?

Hypothesis: My hypothesis is that when I fill the 6 bottles with different amounts of water and tap them with a wooden stick, I will hear different sounds of music.

Conclusion: The bottles make different sounds because they have different amounts of water in them. The ones with less water made higher sounds and the ones with more water made lower sounds. Yes, music can be made.
