Question: Do oil and water mix together? What will make the oil and water mix together?

Hypothesis: I think the oil will sit on the water. I think that if I use soap, toothpaste and juice, the oil will mix with the water.

Conclusion: Oil does not mix with water. In the milk experiment, the milk acted like the oil because of the milk fat. The water-based food coloring sat on top of the milk. The dish soap made the oil mix with the water. The toothpaste and the juice did not make the oil and water mix together.
