I have been a teacher with Pinecrest for 20 years. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Child Development. Spanish Bilingual Occupational Certificate.

When I am not teaching, I enjoy going to the movies, traveling, cooking, reading, and the ocean.

My education belief is that through education, children will receive the vital skills and tools necessary to build a life that is successful and prosperous. It has been my desire to make a positive impact on the life of a child. Teaching is a very rewarding profession in which one is able to directly affect change in the lives of others.

My most memorable moment as an educator would have to be when incoming students display very limited reading skills and progress to a level of above average at the end of the school year.
