Years at Pinecrest: 13

Educational Background: While in the process of completing my studies, I was a teacher’s assistant in a Kindergarten classroom for 5 years with the Los Angeles Unified School District. After completing my education, I came to Pinecrest School and have been teaching here for the last 13 years.

I believe that Kindergarten is one of the most important grades that will start a child’s educational journey. I believe that not all children learn the same way, but every child has the ability to reach their potential. It is my goal to provide an educational atmosphere that helps your child succeed both academically and socially. I feel that parent communication and involvement also play a very important part in a child’s learning experience.

When I am not teaching I enjoy spending time with my family. What I enjoy most about my role at Pinecrest is teaching the students. My most profound moments are observing and watching students enjoy learning.
