Isabella Millar

Pinecrest Campus: Moorpark
Grade or Class: Second Grade

I have a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Education from California State University Northridge.  I have also completed all classes required for the California teaching credential.  All coursework and degree conferred at California State University Northridge.  My future goal is to pursue a Master degree in Education.

I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, and attending sporting events.

I believe that all children can become life-long learners.  If they develop a love for learning at an early age, that love will continue to grow as they do.  Our classroom represents a safe environment where children can learn and explore, given the right tools.  Through the use of projects, hands-on activities, cooperative learning strategies, and technology integration, I will strive to do my best to see that all children are provided with a fun and stimulating learning environment where each child can be successful.

I thoroughly enjoy helping young students grow both academically and socially.  I really enjoy watching them grow and fell so blessed to have touched so many young lives throughout the years.

Being an education has been a lifelong dream of mine.  There have been so many memorable moments throughout my teaching career that it would be hard to pick one profound moment.  Not a day passes without some amazing event touching my life.
