I have been teaching at Pinecrest for 11 years.

I have a Bachelors of Art Degree from UCLA, University of California, Los Angeles in 1997.

In 2004, I received a Masters of Science Degree from CLU, California Lutheran University.

When I am not working I enjoy reading, playing and watching sports and spending time

with my family.

My education philosophy is that each day in my classroom is a new opportunity to learn.

Students are seen as unique individuals with distinct learning styles.  Mutual respect

between myself and my students is the key to establishing a community of learning for

all my students.

What I enjoy most about my role at Pinecrest is watching my students enthusiastically

embrace and critically process new knowledge in the classroom and the library with a smile.

It takes a village to raise “and educate” a child and it is my pleasure to help educate our children.
