 Art

 Art Classes are provided regularly to all grades. Students are taught to use various types of art media and gain confidence in their ability to be creative. Learning about the art masters is also an important part of the art curriculum.
Computers

Students in Kindergarten through 5th grade have computer classes each week. Using
a variety of software, students learn computer literacy, Windows operations,
keyboarding, and word processing, as well as using the computers to reinforce
classroom skills.
Music

Students attend music
classes weekly where they devlop
a love of varied types of music. Students also take part in a winter and
spring musical.
Physical
Education, Mr. Ed Montoya
Physical Education is an integral part of the Pinecrest program. Students attend P.E. classes daily and are taught the importance of regular exercise, as well as the skills in a variety of sports. After school sports teams are available on a seasonal basis to students.
Spanish

Because foreign language instruction is so important for a well rounded curriculum, Spanish is taught at Pinecrest beginning in Preschool twice each week. |
