Does Music Effect Blood Pressure?

Hypothesis: While it has been shown that music impacts a person's pulse rate, my hypothesis is that the blood pressure will not be impacted.

Results: While pulse rates weren't being analyzed for this study, they were recorded. As expected, the pulse rates did change over time relative to music types played. Blood pressure value changes were the elements being tested.  Various types of music had essentially no impact on the subject's blood pressure.

Conclusion: Music is enjoyed by almost everyone. It can calm us or uplift us. Music can also have physical impacts on our bodies by increasing or decreasing our pulse rates. From this small test, there is no indication that music can have meaningful physical impact to ones long term health by means of altering our blood pressure.
